Renovation of Bayangam Nursery School

Aim of the project

The Bayangam kindergarten is getting on in years. As part of this project, the walls will be repainted, the furniture will be repainted, the toilets will be tiled, the playground will be renovated and a visual protection hedge will be planted around the playground. This will be done using fast-growing hibiscus, the flowers of which can also be used to make lemonade or tea. On the walls, colourful pictures create a lovely atmosphere for our little ones, and playful learning is now easier thanks to the large number and letter boards.

Other activities

As RG Bayangam, we intend to push ahead with the renovation of kindergartens throughout the region, so that all the children are happy to be there. We can carry out these projects even with a small budget, but with a lot of volunteer work. There are also plans to further improve the water supply to the Bayangam kindergarten. In addition, our TeoG partners in Europe are currently collecting French-language children’s books and toys, with which we can equip the kindergartens and thus considerably improve the quality of learning for the children!
